Enhancing images can make your face hurt.

I found myself wondering why my cheeks were all tight and achy. I stretched, popped my jaw and did that maneuver a photographer tells his bride & groom to do during the formal shots. You know, think Jim Carrey in this scene:

I hope that made you laugh, it does me every time.
The reason why my face ached was because during my processing of these next images, well, I could NOT stop smiling. My eyes and my heart. This tiny little guy is so very adorable, just like my own children do, my heart just filled up with love.
The love of feeling happy for the B family and their newest addition, the love that they share with one another, it's just so special and truly from above.
My heart is so blessed and I hope you are too.
Smile and send some loving prayers up with thanksgiving for this family!
They are so wonderful.
Thank you guys for having me. I can't wait for our next shoot.
Yours Truly,
Julie

Barn sale!

Every September our neighbors up the hill open up their beautiful rustic barn and people in the area are invited come and sell things they make such as, pies, cookies, paitings, clothes, quilts, interior decorating anything maybe you'd see in country living magazine.
I think I am going to get these printed and perhaps sell them?
what do you think of them apples?
Next post: I went brunette and got a tan/freckles and more CNY country living photos!
Thanks for swingin' through! Leave some love?

This summer has been soo hot! Am I in no way complaining!! Hello CNY?
But Oh how i love how busy we've been. GO-GO-GO and DO-DO-DO! I am still waving good bye to winter, in which i really dont like! The gray, the boredom, the lack of sun and abundance of cold. So yes, I am relishing in this season! Here are some photos of recent family sessions from July!
PS: July, I love you, it's true, my love for you, my heart is about to burst!
PPS: My sister Dawnie is coming up from FLA for her yearly visit end of the month! So stay tuned for photo of The Carlson Family! :D

Chris &Pam Caputo:: Waltham, Mass

Drops of water were falling to the earth, make that buckets.
As the Ceremony went forward and the pastor cut it from a forty five minute to twelve minute shindig I smiled to myself as I thought nobody is crying! Which was great.
Pamela and her mom Susan had warned me they would be an emotional wreck, but instead, and despite the weather/circumstances everyone was smiles ear to ear.

It was exciting to stay in such a nice hotel, and even more so that Shawn and myself havent been away from the kids in about two years. Seems like we get a little break every 24 months! And we really needed it. So for to nights and three days we finally got ours. That Sunday we checked out Boston and just walked around hand in hand, breathing and taking in the silence, no demands, no poopy diapers... it.. was.. NICE!

I really have been lovin' being able to teach Shawn to shoot in Manual. NO really. You have no idea. See he does EVERYTHING right, always perfect the first time, always so well, and I am quite the opposite, the more I try the more I seem to screw things up.
Thank goodness Shawn has some awesome McGyver skills eh!?
Enjoy these pics!!
and there will be more to come. I am just so overwhelmed at the moment with school finished, Aiva and her broken leg, keeping these three busy and summer program starting soon. I love my busy life though!
